Baked Lemon Orange Chicken

I have decided to take my shake for lunch so I am having my lunch for breakfast..
My healthy protein based breakfast today is 2 pcs Baked Lemon Chicken with a few drops of Zesty Orange and one half cup rice. That's 700 calories. Plus a cup of our Tea Concentrate. Yum..
Nothing fancy as I am the only one who will eat this.. Later I shall have my healthy lunch of Choco Berry Surprise.. Excited Much.. :-)

I am thinking of something cool for a cake design to order. We went to a music store and found one very interesting guitar among the guitar wall hanger on display, and saw a really interesting piece. Sadly, I was not able to take a picture. Anyhow, I am so happy because the baker knows exactly what it looks like because she has gone there herself. So no problem. Now I am excited for my cake.. Actually, it is for a friend on her birthday..

The rainy day is here, and we are hoping it will not stay longer than it already did. Food cravings and warm food are synonymous to gluttony these days, but what the heck, I am still in control of myself.
Lunch on a rainy day is this Pork Bones Soup that I used to love. But now that I am on my weight loss program, I have abstained from eating pork and beef as they are fatty meats.

Champorado and Bulad
It had been raining for days, and with the rain came flooding in so many parts of Mindanao. The previous places affected by Typhoons Yolando, Pablo and all others, have been devastated. Now there are infrastructures that are broken and need urgent repair. But with the heavy rains, even repairs are impossible. Anyway, the heavy rains is caused by low pressure and we are forced to buy necessary items to save us should black outs and other emergencies will take place. Now we are charging everything, including our battery operated window candles to prepare.
Oh, before I forget, this is what is really yummy on the table on a rainy day...

For some weird idea, I thought the man selling these goodies is a rock star. Hahaha.. I think he looks like the guy seen online where millennia pro-audio at guitar center was featured. Well, I may have crazy notions of things sometimes, but I really thought I was so right. Hahaha..
I bought these babies as pasalubong for Lili while we were yet on our way to Oroquieta. A student was selling them for additional income to augment school expenses and help in his educational journey in one way or another..
