During snacks on the first day of Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2011 at Mam Beb's Bakeshop, two Lechon biik were added to the already heavy snacks served.

The one on the left is the Spicy Flavored Lechon Biik while the one on the right is the Regular Flavor Lechon Biik.. In fairness, sampling each flavor of Lechon Biik leaves you with a different experience and gastronomic sensations.. The Regular Flavor is quite good.. Different from all the other Lechon Biik or Lechon de Leche I have tasted.. But the Spicy Flavor makes it all the more exciting.. It's not that spicy if you simply take from the outer part of the skin or meat, but as you go deeper, it becomes more flavorful..  Too bad we were so full at that time. But it was also a blessing that we were, if not, the two Lechon Biik would not even be enough for all of us..
