Guylians Belgian Chocolates
>> Wednesday, June 19, 2013
My Uncle and Aunt who came from UK last May brought packs of Guylians Belgian Chocolates for everyone. But until now, our share has still been untouched.. Well, not exactly. The kids have eaten their share, but my sister's and my share are still in the refrigerator.
Sure, Guylians Belgian Chocolates are yummy, but they sure come pricey at the body...

Food..
>> Monday, June 17, 2013
My staple food since May 21 had been protein shakes from Herbalife.. I eat plenty of proteins and drink lots of water. And although my friends recommend other ways to lose weight, I do not entertain them because Herbalife had been part of my healing.. Well, the invitations to try tea and all kinds of diet products come and keep coming, but I do not really say yes to them. I just listen.
Others, for economic reasons, would recommend other drinks to enjoy.. My friend Allyssa prefers paradise tea from cw-usa. And she says it keeps her looking young.. I listen to her too. But I will stick with Herbalife because it is food for me..

Waiting for my Sister
>> Friday, June 14, 2013
My sister is taking some units in Early Childhood Education and she goes home late at night. We go home together so after I log out from my school, I go to her school and wait for her.
But tonight, they were early, so we had time to have dinner together..
We had Sisig..
Beef Steak..
and Humba... I kept thinking about these viands, so I gave in. Anyway, I have not had a cheat day this week. I could almost imagine luxury vacation rentals paris with all the food along the way, but this sudden craving fulfilled surely made it easy.. Hahaha

Independence Day Breakfast?
>> Wednesday, June 12, 2013
We were told to come as early as 7 AM for the Independence Day Flag Raising at the Capitol Grounds, so we went as early as we could. Turned out the program was yet to start at 8:30 and ended at 10. We were already hungry, but we were told we still have a meeting afterwards, so we went.
Our meeting ended at 11 so we rushed to the favorite food-place near the school, and had breakfast.. errr.. lunch... errrr... brunch.
Sorry for the date on camera, which I have not adjusted after dying on me.. These are the food I ordered.
With our tummies full already, we happily went home to spend the remainder of holiday with our families..

Healed!
>> Tuesday, June 4, 2013
We had our recollection last May 29, 2013 at Lestonnac Youth Center. I was very happy that day because it was the first time that I have eaten the whole day, after getting well.
I was pretty thankful because the food catered from Xavier University canteen wasn't oily and the main dish was fish... I didn't drink any of the ready to drink iced tea in a bottle, but I had water to go with all foods served.
After our recollection, I went to the mall as my cousins and aunts were there after sending Uncle Willlie and Auntie Letty off to the airport... I caught up with them at KFC and we ate their BBQ Shredder with fries and coke for everyone, water for me...
I was truly happy I could eat that day! No more nausea, no more binging, no more tummy aches after trying to eat...

Different Needs
I was buying medicine from the pharmacy when I overheard three different groups of people talking as they wait for their orders. One was talking about needing money to buy books and school supplies for her children, the other needs new shoes for kids to school and the other talks about the need for rfid protection. In my mind I thought that people really have different needs, and while I was standing there listening, I can hear myself saying I need just one thing--- I need to fully get well. Health is wealth after all.

Foods I Missed!
My Uncle Willie and Auntie Letty arrived from UK and last May 28-30 we had a small reunion at my Auntie Vicky's house.. We had seafood during the two consecutive dinners, along with the other foods served--- but for two consecutive dinners, I only have to look at them and not even drool over my favorite foods... Why? Well I was not feeling okay then.. I was still sick. Although on the second night, I was already able to eat, and I ate even a little bit of Lechon skin, but not seafood.
I was told by the doctor that I should shun away from them for the time being... Besides that, my appetite, which was part of my sickness (loss of appetite, imagine that?), didn't allow me..
So now that I am okay, looking back at the photos makes me drool over the shrimps and crabs...
And even the Kinilaw (Ceviche)...
But until now, I am not allowed to eat them.. It is still too soon anyway. I know one day I shall be able to eat my favorites once again.. My Auntie Irma joked that perhaps I will lose weight in the process and may need to buy gear from www.peterglenn.com so I can start running or whatever exercise activity I'd do.. Hehehe, that will be a bonus..
